Pandaly, a product by KoaLab (NEQ 2282514399), provides guided meditation, breathing and relaxation tools. These terms govern use of the website and app. Mandatory legal rights and applicable store terms remain in effect.
Well-being, not medical treatment
Pandaly is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Content does not replace advice from a healthcare professional and no outcome is guaranteed. Consult a qualified professional about health concerns.
Use Pandaly in a safe place, never while driving or doing something that needs your attention. Adapt breathing exercises to your comfort and stop if you feel unwell. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Your account
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. You are responsible for authorised use of your account; report suspicious access. Do not use someone else’s account. The app is not intended for children under 13; minors must obtain legally required permission.
Generated and shared content
Some text, voices and images are generated using artificial intelligence. They can be imperfect, inaccurate or unsuitable for a personal situation. Stop any content that makes you uncomfortable and report it to support@pandaly.app.
Do not submit unlawful, hateful or infringing material, or another person’s information without permission. Sharing a session may disclose personalised elements to recipients. Revoking a link does not remove copies already imported.
Permitted use and ownership
KoaLab grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use Pandaly under these terms. The name, visual identity, software and service resources belong to KoaLab or their respective rights holders. Third-party licences remain applicable.
You retain any rights you hold in supplied material and authorise its processing as necessary to deliver the requested service. Do not resell the service or its content, bypass quotas or safeguards, or attack its infrastructure. AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be exclusive.
Purchases and subscriptions
This website does not make sales. When a paid offer is available in the app, its price, duration, limits and renewal terms must be displayed before purchase. Store payments, cancellations and refunds are also governed by that store’s terms and your statutory rights.
If you have a subscription, manage it in your Apple or Google Play account. Uninstalling Pandaly or requesting account deletion does not necessarily cancel store billing. These terms do not promise any future price or subscription.
Availability and ending use
Features, catalogues and content may change. Session creation requires an internet connection and relies on third-party services; interruptions, limits and maintenance may occur. Cached content and history are not permanent backups.
You can stop using Pandaly and request account deletion. We may restrict access to prevent abuse or protect the service, subject to legal obligations and any purchase-related rights.
Liability and applicable law
We take reasonable care in operating the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or suitability for every situation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or mandatory consumer guarantees and remedies.
Québec law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory protections where you live. No clause requires you to waive a class action or access to a court with jurisdiction under the law.
Privacy, updates and contact
Data processing is described in our privacy policy. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated with their effective date. Changes do not retroactively remove acquired rights.
